(also spelled Bobbie Louie) is a reimagined, female version of the classic Hanna-Barbera character Baba Looey, who was originally the male sidekick to Quick Draw McGraw.

• Role: She serves as the head of the Small Business Better Business Bureau of Small Business in the town of Jellystone.

• Personality: She is depicted as a forward-thinking, high-level CEO with thoughts of grandeur, often using corporate tactics to achieve her goals.

• Background: While the original Baba Looey was Mexican, Bobbie is Cuban and speaks with an American accent rather than a thick Spanish one.

• Identity: She is officially recognized as a transgender character; this change was suggested during production by transgender artist Melody Iza.
