Which one is better now? Illustrious or anime
Both are good. Anima hasn't replaced Illustrious yet. I'm leaning towards preferring Anima but I will keep using/making Illustrious models for a long time.
Anima can make really good details!
It struggles with somethings that finetunes of Illustrious are good at. For example, I haven't figure out how to stably make multiple characters in Anima, but I've gotten really good at it in Illustrious.
I'm still using preview v1 but v2 is out https://civitai.com/models/2458426 so this might have fixed the small issues I've seen.
