George Bellows (1882-1925)

This is a LoRA dedicated to the style of American Painter and Printmaker, George Bellows. Along with his mentor Robert Henri he was a member of the Ashcan school of artist known for its gritty urban subject matter. He studied at New York School of Art and was classmates with Edward Hopper and Rockwell Kent among others.
