zSwap Engine is a modular, high-performance ComfyUI face swap workflow built for ultra-realistic AI influencer generation and identity-accurate facial transfers.

Powered by a hybrid Turbo + FLUX architecture stack, this system focuses on clean identity retention, lighting adaptation, and influencer-grade realism rather than basic overlay swapping.

This is not a one-click preset — it is a structured, customizable generation pipeline designed for controlled results.

    ⚠️ Beta Status

This workflow is intentionally released as BETA and may never leave beta status.

    Why?

Because prompt engineering and swap systems are not static. Models evolve, LoRAs evolve, and prompt structures continuously change.

There is no such thing as a permanently “perfect” swap configuration.

zSWAP Engine should be considered a living workflow that will adapt and evolve over time rather than a finalized product release.

    Core Capabilities

    • Identity-preserving face swaps

    • Influencer portrait generation

    • Lighting-adaptive blending

    • Skin texture continuity

    • Makeup retention

    • Depth-of-field stability

The workflow supports both female and male face swaps.

Showcase previews focus primarily on influencer aesthetics for presentation direction only — not because the system is gender-restricted.

    Face Input Guidelines (Important)

Swap accuracy depends heavily on the quality and structure of the source face image.

For best results, use faces that meet the following conditions:

    • Facing directly toward the camera

    • Close-up framing (face occupies most of the frame)

    • Neutral or relaxed expression

    • Even, diffused lighting

    • High resolution / low compression

    • Minimal motion blur

    • Natural skin visibility (not overly filtered)

Avoid extreme head tilt, heavy occlusion, or harsh directional shadows.

    Swap Demonstration

Below are direct source → swap comparisons showing identity retention across lighting conditions, skin gloss, and environmental depth.

The system is designed to preserve facial structure while adapting to scene lighting and camera perspective.

    Customization

zSWAP Engine is built as a modular workflow and is highly customizable.

    Users can modify:

    • Prompt structures

    • LoRA stacks

    • Body proportion modules

    • Lighting behavior

    • Camera framing

    • Resolution pipelines

    • Swap intensity balancing

The system is designed for experimentation and expansion rather than locked outputs.

    Requirements

    • ComfyUI

    • Proper model & LoRA placement

    • BF16-compatible GPU recommended (Ampere or newer)

All required downloads and folder structures are included inside the workflow notes.
