This is an Illustrious lora for Horus from the JoJo's Bizarre Adventure series, Stardust Crusaders. Horus is a member of the Egypt 9 Glory Gods, a group of Stands representing ancient Egyptian gods. Horus is a stand for a falcon named Pet Shop. His powers center on cryokinesis and he is the most powerful ice powered stand in the JoJo anime.
Horus resembles a cross between a pterosaur skeleton, a centipede with six arms, and a bird skeleton. The bones can look like it is made out of ice at times.
A weight of 1 to 1.5 works well with this with most models. Sampling Steps of 15 to 35 works well with most models, as does a CFG Scale of 3.5 to 7.5.

It's been a while since I saw him, I mostly see Pet Shop in art!
Quite the concept for Araki to give the name of the Egyptian deity of the sun to an ICE stand
Perhaps to emphasize the evil nature of the Egyptian Gods in the anime, being corrupted and being the opposite of what they are. Much like the one based off of Set, he is a protector deity yet he was used to abuse and attack people.
