Hmmm Im using NTRmix v4 and the result was.. not satisfying. The details seems off and couldnt get her likeliness in the game. So basically. She's not 'Chen' enough.
I'm sad to hear it's not working properly for you, it's working for me and many of the posts I see with her (at least so far as I can tell), maybe NTRmix 4 uses a style that does not match her, or you're not using a high enough weight?
I don't know how used you are to image creation, what platform you're using, etc. I'll try creating some images with that model and see if I find the same issues and any potential solutions, but yeah, maybe try a 1.2-1.4 weight on the LoRA itself
I've uploaded a post using NTRmix 4, not sure if it turned out different than your replications, if so feel free to copy the generation data, honestly, it looks good to me
Try lower the weight and avoid over-describing every single detail of the character's features. NTRmix V4 is pre-baked with complex prompt combinations; when a character LoRA tries to force all its attributes, the model often gets 'confused' by the overlapping concepts.

I've started training using this guide, it's quite good, and I still use similar parameters and image amounts to the ones @neclordx mentions, credit to him. ^_^
For Arknights in particular, I've leaned towards 45-50 images per LoRA, but the quality, variety and amount of images is very important, I prefer to take them directly from the game, and make sure I've got enough images from each angle, and closeups too.
