Is it possible to change the trigger word, because when I'm doing it I end up getting actual eyepatches on characters even if I put that in the negative. Maybe calling it square bikini or something.
try using an underscore like eyepatch_bikini, then put eyepatch in the negative prompt. depending on setup, spaces can make the prompt words interpreted differently, but the _ makes it interpreted as one unified string, usually.
Mileage may vary, but it's worth a try.
