The model has been trained on female images however it can generate male images as well.

how are you getting those examples images so realistic whenever i use your loa it comes out very artsy
The trick is to use the right keywords in both prompts. For example use words like, a realistic photo of ... a realistic cinematic photo of ... etc. (anything related to realism) / On the other hand, use words like "cartoon, anime, artistic, drawing, painting, etc. in negative prompt. (This helps a lot when generating images)
Also, try copy pasting image info as a reference guide.
