Note: Most base checkpoints seem to have a bit of trouble "understanding" that she's not supposed to have arms, even with the double amputee and detached arms tags.
One thing that I found to be fairly consistent in getting the proper detached hand look is always specifically using "ghost hands" as a prefix to any action involving her hands, e.g. ghost hand on own chin, ghost hands on own hips, ghost hand grabbing own breast, ghost hand holding lamp, ghost hand reaching towards viewer, and so on.
