Generates images based on the new LCM Loras von Huggingface. It requires only 4 steps and is therefore very fast.
The workflow includes an optional Upscaling in 2 Steps.
You can use it with any additional Lora or Controlnet. Workflow can be used with SD or SDXL Model.
Make sure to update Comfy UI and all modules to the latest Version to be able to use lcm as sampler.
Enable 1. Uscale and 2. Upscale if needed

Hi Cblinde, thank you, this is awesome. One question: to enable the upscale, do you just right click the opaque boxes > properties panel > change mode to 'on event' or 'on trigger' or what is the proper way to enable one or both of these upscale sets? I feel like there's prob a correct and incorrect way, and couldn't figure it out. Thanks again.
Highlight all of thee nodes in the Upscale group and hit ctrl-b to turn off bypass. Or you can just right click each node and choose bypass to reenable them.
I played around with this last night for a few hours, added additional lora loaders, great workflow
