A tool to create input images

Use the prompt: put the clothes on the left onto the person on the right.

    Strength: 1.5

    Notes:

    • This first version seems to not transfer complex patterns very well but adheres to the model's body shape very well supporting a very wide range of body types.

    • I recommend a good upscaler like SeedVR2 to finalize the output as some of the fine details will be lost.

    • Doesn't work consistently with shoes, hats or other accessories

ComfyUI Workflow is the official Qwen Edit Workflow template tuned to fp8_e4m3fn + 4steps (but i usually do 6 to 8 steps) with an extra LoadLoraModelOnly node to load the lora. If you'd like a specific LORA trained, send me a message. Commissions are open.

woop. . . ok, I accidentally flipped the images, wanting to put a clothes on a nude model - lora ended up undressing the reference perfectly.

    QualityControlSep 9, 2025· 1 reaction

ok nvm. no matter which way the images are flipped - if there's a nude pic anywhere then all clothes will disappear. . . not exactly what I want

@QualityControl Nice finding. Now, if that's not what you wanted, make sure to first extract the clothes of the model (the clothes you want to use on the other image) using the other very useful LORA by the same creator. It works perfectly fine.

    QualityControlSep 9, 2025

@williamdebaskerville yeah. I noticed that I wasnt using extracted clothing, I was using a person image. When I loaded a flatlay the outfit worked perfectly.

    bevas55694654Sep 22, 2025

@QualityControl Exactly what I want xD

@QualityControl more about this please it's not clear , how to do so ? 'undressing the reference image'

    QualityControlNov 8, 2025

@amazingbeauty no. stop making deepfake nudes.

How to use 2 images? Official workflow has only one image input.

One image seperated in half, left side is the outfit, right side is the model. Just like in the examples but you only need the outfit and model.

    burakaltSep 9, 2025

@kingroka Thank you. So, I used image stitch node and it works nice, but clothes and person who wears the clothes on same image side by side. So, how can I get only the person?

@burakalt youll have to just split the output in half

    Peticree435Sep 9, 2025

    @kingroka SCIENCE B****! haha

doesn't seem to really work at all, tried it a few times, always either stuck one image ove rthe top or just borrowed colours from the other, even with a few different strengths.

    A small hint:
use it with the new QWEN-Edit-2509 model. Don't forget to use the updated workflow, where you no longer need to stitch the images together.
Use the prompt "put the clothes on the woman" (or man).
I was able to retain the quality up to 1.5MP with that new model!

    abushadafanjum286Sep 26, 2025

can you please provide the workflow?

    cluster1500Sep 27, 2025

@abushadafanjum286 I have added some images to this model (see generations below). If you download them, they should contain the ComfyUI workflow. I use nodes for e.g. Metatags, they are all not necessary, you can just replace them with the native nodes from Comfy Core.

    cluster1500Sep 27, 2025

@abushadafanjum286 additionally, here is the workflow I was talking about in my original comment, and where I based my workflow on :)

can u please explain how can I achieve this? I am working cloth swapping project where I am swapping the cloth of the person in the original image with the garment image

    cluster1500Dec 23, 2025

@sanjanankb197 use the QWEN-Edit-2509 workflow. You can input multiple images there, without the need of stitching them into one image beforehand. Then use this LoRA like you normally would. "put the clothes on the woman" (or man) is the prompt I was using. Have fun!

Could you please tell me how many pairs dataset you use to train this lora?

How would i change the image dimensions if my source is 1024x1024 but I want to go 1536x1024 ?

Btw, love it so far. very nice.

EmptySD3LatentImage and connect that node to latent image section of ksampler. You can also use flux resolution calculator and connect that to the height and width of the empty sd3 latent image.

Used unsloth.ai's template with 2511 so I could use GGUF. Removed the normalconfig node, added qwen image edit lightning 8 step, used this lora with load lora and clip, and used a different resize node for padding. set steps to 10 with 1.2 cfg, euler simple.
