I use Forge to make the photos. My settings are DPM++2M Karras, 30 steps, and CFG Scale is 5. I also Hi-res all the photos I make. I hope this is helpful! :)

On civitai, I take one of the photos that I created and use Vidu to create a short video. In the prompt I add in whatever I'd like the photo to do.
This pairs perfectly with almost all retro video game and other sprite-based or pixel art LoRas.
