Looks nice, but it doesn't seem to truly replicate at least the hearthstone style. Goblins for example have a little of an asian vibe to them. The humans and elves look closer to the hearthstone style, but still has the more stable diffusion vibe them than the hearthstone style. Similarly, the Orcs look less orcish, and more human.
I have no idea how to improve any of this though, but that's my subjective observations on this version.
Yeah, you totally right. But here is a big fat BUT. Me or anyone else could make a 1to1 hearthstone style look of all races and classes, BUT for it someone need to manually tag every pic of orc, elf or goblin as orc, elf or goblin, and spend on it a whole week. I used a 200 pics, which i upscaled, cropped and tag them some manually, and some with software. And then test it all out. And only for this spend more than 1 weekend. So, for my opinion it's a decent result already.
And by the way, prompting is still a thing.
But there will be more versions of this lora from me, but not today for sure.
@sadxzero Sure, I never said it wasn't nice, nor did I say that it wasn't a lot of work. I'm just giving you my thoughts based on the lora itself. I mean, you did ask for it in the description. But yeah, it's because of the tagging being tedious that I never bothered to start making loras myself yet. I have enough pictures to start, but man, so much tagging. It's not fun.

@davizca No, this is just working title of this exact lora. So basically it's how it's named on my pc before i upload it on civitai and rename it.
