Any suggestions for keeping this otherwise good LORA from constantly chopping off all or part of the head? It makes really nice innie vulvas, but it seems to want to foreground them a little too much.

Uzbeliss if the training data is close up shots, then you need to use a lower weight or it will crop photos.
fox23vang226 Lower weight not only produces less cropping but less effect as well. Your answer seems general. Do you have some specific recommendation for this lora? By the way, Uzbellis created the lora.
you might stmix in some other innie loras , M99 is a top choice, see in search.Sometimes mixing can straighten things ups, but i dont recommend more than 2 pussy loras in combination.
@pink0909 Thanks for the suggestion. I've been using the labioplasty loras since the first was released, Both are very good although I think the original sd1.5 model is actually a little better than the XL update.
