I didn't do anything special with the training.
I used yesmix15 for the model and kl-f8-anime2 for the vae. 😅

I don't know if this is confirmed but, in some cases 'hands between legs' will have an extreme high weight that cannot be controlled by any negative prompt. If other hand pose is used, there will be absolutely 3 arms/hands which cannot be inhibited, too. This problem is confirmed with checkpoint Spiritforeseer.
