Generating him should be done with the following tags

viegolol, colored skin, white hair, colored sclera, green eyes, glowing, hole in chest, halo, crown, 

His clothes can be generated by using

black jacket, black pants, gloves, open jacket, boots, belt

For the sword, just using holding sword is enough

Also pretty important can be the tentacles/smoke surrounding his chussy chest hole, for that I use

smoke, tentacles
