so I need to rehash this to better balance the head and clothed side. as the dataset came largely from onlyfans there is a strong bikini and swimwear vibe.

I have tried to use trigger words, but I'm not sure how effective this is in TI's but tried with NUDE, BIKINI, SWIMWEAR, CLOTHED. trying this out it doesn't seem to make a difference so I won't bother in future.
