Useful for anime style and bright, shiny scene. Lighting and shiny character as well.

No real need for negative prompt as they are merged into the model. Adding negative prompt generally result in less good image generation.

Tips : Add "score_9, score_8_up, score_7_up" At the top of your prompt for better results. Little prompt give good results as well.
