The appearance of the model is all over the place, ranging form realistic human to 3D Disney/Pixar style to big-headed chibi figures. While that variety is not necessarily a bad thing, it does make this LoRA somewhat awkward to use if you prefer a particular style. I also noticed with beach shots that the resulting image is sometimes blurry. I didn't encounter that issue with other settings.
Thanks for your feedback! Regarding the style, I did it that way on purpose because I wanted to create more than one style rather than just "realistic," just "3D," or anything else. As for the "beach" setting, how did you do it? Mine don’t come out "blurred."
@Murex90707 Using the prompt shown in this image (https://civitai.com/images/64701841) with different seeds, I encounter the blurriness in about 10% to 20% of the generated images. Sometimes the blurring is more subtle, but other times it is really obvious. It's possible that one of the keywords I've included is exacerbating the issue. I can try running some experiments with removing some of them to see if it helps.
@vgadict The model was trained with 300 images, so a bit of "diversity" is normal. I tested it with over 500 images, and they were all clear. Let me know what comes out with the adjustments, I'll run some tests too.
@Murex90707 I ran some experiments with removing different combinations of keywords that might affect focus, such as "Sharp image", "subject in sharp focus", as well as all lighting-related keywords. I still encountered the blurriness in about 10% to 20% of the images. I'm not sure if it matters, but I'm using Forge with flux1-dev-bnb-nf4-v2 version.
@vgadict Can you share some examples? Maybe in a Drive folder (or whatever you use), I would like to understand where the ‘’blurriness’’ is actually coming from. In my tests, it didn't come out like that (over 100 images). I didn't use that model, maybe I'll run some tests with it too.
