Welcome to Perfection!
This is an Illustrious XL merge with a bunch of hand-selected checkpoints and LoRAs to aim towards a 3D look with a semi-realistic feel.
There's a strong focus on female characters.
Do not use the Normal scheduler. Use Simple or Beta!
Use euler_a, dpmpp_2m_sde or dpmpp_3m_sde as your sampler.
To use the faster low-step settings, you need to use the DMD2 LoRA. This allows you to use 8 or 16 steps and generate very fast. Remember to generate in 2 passes, either using "Hires fix" in Forge/A1111, or by creating and chaining a second sampler node in ComfyUI. A sample workflow if included in the sample images of the model. Use this as a reference.
Each sample/preview image contains the used workflow. Here's a quick article with simpler more beginner-friendly workflow. This is a recommended starting point.
Recommended Settings
Steps: 16 + (8 upscale steps)
CFG-scale: 5 + (4 upscale CFG)
Sampler: DPM++ SDE (dpmpp_sde)

In my testing, this model looks closer to a pony model rather than an illustrious/noobai one
Hello! Could you clarify my confusion about samplers? In description it`s stated a DPM++ SDE (Beta) but in your examples it`s DPM++2M SDE? Are they interchangeable or give similar results?
I think many different samplers work well with this one. I think I ended up with DPM++2M SDE for some additional CG-feeling.
The results will be different, and it may be a difference in what you are going for.
The (Beta) part is the scheduler. This is sometimes combined with sampler (i.e. choosing sampler + scheduler in combination), but in some cases you have the option of choosing them separately. It depends on which program you use.
I usually switch between:
Simple
Normal
Karras
Beta
These are all good, and it really depends on the model and other settings.
Like tweaking CFG is usually more valuable in terms of reaching high quality.
But there's no "absolute answer", it's all about the style of image, and model.
One CFG + scheduler combination may look very photorealistic and have great realistic humans, but very dull backgrounds. Is this what you want? Or would you rather sacrifice some skin realism and get more interesting backgrounds?
So don't take these settings as gospel, but rather a starting point.
Having trouble getting character Loras to work with this one, any suggestions? :) Otherwise its a great model!
Thanks! Yeah I'm looking for advice myself.
If anyone has suggestions for how to improve this, let me know please.
My guess is to unmerge a bit, put more of the original model back into it.
