I know there are already LoRAs for Illustrious and Flux on Civitai, but I wanted to create my own version with a focus on classic Baldur’s Gate-style portraits.
🎨 Features:
Captures the painterly fantasy aesthetic of classic RPG portraits
Works well with other character LoRAs - some may introduce their own stylistic influence, so feel free to experiment

Illustrious version is in the works - needs more testing before release
⚙ Usage Recommendations:
Suggested weight: 1, can be lower if u want more facial features of character LoRA you use. Also can recommend to generate in lower resolution (0.5MP) 576 x 864

I think you got some banding, IDK if it's cause overfit or maybe settings, I know I have this problem on a very specific commit of Kohya_SS.
Yeah, I noticed too, but imo looks even better with them, cause original images for dataset were pretty low res 😁
What about overfit. I have more overfited version, but there were no bands. So I still don't understand their origin
Out of curiosity, did you use only the game portraits for your dataset or did you supplement it with Mike Sass' other works?
