What does having a json file do for the pose?
way down at the bottom there is a link to an OpenPose Extension for Automatic WebUI. Using the JSON you can load a Pose and alter the bones positions, meaning you can make unlimited variations on the base Pose and save those to PNG for use in ControlNET. If you feel the hips are too wide or a leg is angled wrong, this can be altered for your preference. I do my best to match the images and so give you the correct style, although you might want to make a gesture, rescale larger/smaller or even add in other characters to the scene. This is all possible once you have loaded the JSON.
@driftjohnson thanks for ur detailed answer!
