Probably not with this. Not sure if illustrious has good lora for them, but you'd want spiked tips on curved barbells or maybe horseshoe piercings for that (depending on size desired). Lora would need to be well done enough to understand 'inverted' or 'upside-down' (if they have extra learning they'll flip extra stuff as well, most likely the entire breast).
