Photorealistic model merge using the amazing Juggernaut final by KandooAI as a starting point. Works well even with the relatively simple negative prompt of (3d render, painting, drawing, sketch, cartoon, comics, anime:1.5). An effective positive prompt template is something like:
RAW photo. <subject > (highly detailed skin:1.2). <setting> Sigma 85mm f/1.4, 8k uhd, dslr, soft lighting, high quality, film grain.
An amateur 35mm snapshot of <subject> (highly detailed skin:1.2). <setting>
RAW photo. <subject> (highly detailed skin:1.2). <setting>

What do u mean by not a lot of diversity in the faces?
Unless you write very specific prompts describing the face (made up names might work too) the model seems to stick with just a few similar looking faces. (At least in the prompts I tested) And for non-caucasian you will definitely have to prompt for it. With different prompts than what I usually write it may indeed generate different faces, but with my style of prompting they all started to look similar.
I've edited that out now, thanks to a post in the gallery that showed how diverse the model can be, if prompted creatively.
