    ℹ️ Bit3D 2.0 - Improved.
ℹ️ Bit3D 1.0 - Another step in a new direction based on Illustrious foundation, aiming to create better 3D/realistic/semi-realistic capabilities.

    How it works?

    1. Choose Product or Subscribe:

      • Get this model via a Ko-fi product, or

      • Join the appropriate membership tier:

        • Model released during current month: Current Month Content

        • If model released in previous months: All Months Content

    2. You will be prompted to link your Hugging Face and Ko-fi emails.

    4. Download & Use:
You can then download and use the model under the license provided in the repository (LICENSE.md).

Why I Created My Own Access Control

I have been a creator on Civitai since December 2022. My goal has always been to help make model training, design, and development a sustainable, professional activity, not only for myself, but for other creators too. Supporting people who want to create models professionally is good for users, for creators, for the entire community, including Civitai itself.

Civitai has shared some of this vision and has tried to create ways to support creators. Unfortunately, their current Creators Program has serious problems:

    • Civitai was deplatformed by payment processors and operates at a loss.

    • The current compensation model pays creators mainly for model usage in the generator.

    • Early Access limits paid access to only 15 days, after which models must be free.

    • Buzz extraction value has dropped to ~45% of its original worth, making withdrawals basically a 55% fee.

    • Bugs and creator feedback are ignored for months, and several team members who used to listen have left.

I believe this system is unfair, harmful, and exploitative. Creators should be able to:

    • Sell models without arbitrary time limits.

    • Pay a fair platform fee of 15% or less.

Civitai briefly tested a much better system called Clubs in early 2024, which worked well for creators, but it was canceled after backlash from a loud minority that opposed fair creator compensation. I have long hoped Civitai would fix these issues, as I’ve suggested in my articles:

But nothing has changed. Bugs remain unresolved, feedback is ignored, and I’ve lost optimism about Civitai’s willingness to improve.

That’s why I’ve decided to experiment with my own alternative access control system, a fairer way to share models with users who value my work.

Wow, this looks incredibly good. Well done! Can you explain the hires fix prompt tags? I've never seen those before, and there are many of them. Unable to replicate your results.

There is nothing special about hires-fix, it is using the same prompt from the start.

Maybe you are looking at "template", it's used by dynamic prompt extension, you don't need it.

If you are using Forge you should be able to reproduce all the images from PNG info.

Maybe you are coping the metadata from Civitai, you will get only part of the metadata - they have this bug for long time. It's better to download the image to you PC and drag it into PNG info tab to get the full metadata of the image.

@alexds9 I am indeed copying the images and using PNG Info in reForge to send to text2img. Something is very different, and it may be related to other extensions. I will look at joining your Discord and asking for extended help with this, because the pics in your gallery look amazing. Thanks for your time!

    @waifuliberator

ReForge has a completely rewritten backend as far as I know, so it make sense that you would not get exactly the same results like me using Forge. There are a lot of settings that might be different, so it's more realistic to expect to get similar general results and not pixel identical results. If the results quality and style that you are getting are profoundly worse, you might need to explore the option to install and use Forge.

You can recreate a couple of the same exact images I made, using all the same parameters l used, please publish them with comment pointing to my source images. It will allow me to check very fast what exactly the difference look like. But given the ReForge vs Forge discrepancies, not sure there can be anything done about it.

@alexds9 Thanks for letting me know. I use reForge because it works with extensions like CivitAI Link and depthmap script - these break in forge because of Gradio 4, I believe? I'll have to try your model in regular Forge, which I have for Flux.

    Awesome model.

But very sensitive to prompt and biased to green skin color :( PS. Ok, False alarm

I made a lot of tests with this model, and generated hundreds of sample image to test it, I haven't seen anything similar to "green skin color" issue.
Not sure what are you doing with your prompt, maybe extra styles or Loras you have.
Try to recreate my images, with all the settings I use.

I will check again then. May be I was unlucky
