What vae are you using. Is there a hires fix?
Couldn't replicate the sample with same model and all the embedding.
I had to use some inpainting to fix the faces . Or you can just use a higher resolution since full body characters tend to have bad faces. as for the vae Im just using the standard https://huggingface.co/stabilityai/sd-vae-ft-mse-original/blob/main/vae-ft-mse-840000-ema-pruned.ckpt
Why didn't you just train using the images of the characters with white backgrounds instead of transparent backgrounds?
thats a mistake I made I thought it would work with transparent background. A update is coming soon though
