Per your description, why would someone want to generate a child in a NSFW model? Just the juxtaposition of the description made me uneasy
Sorry. I think some people use nsfw models for more than just generating nsfw content. I removed this information so as not to cause such feelings.

you've got 'young woman' and 'skinny' in a prompt, and you felt the need to clarify that your NSFW model generates children. A child in an abandoned structure isn't weird at all either. Chris Hansen can sit this one out brother.
@SyntheticSunsets You'd be surprised what removing NSFW from a model does to basic anatomy (for any generation) of a body, such as feet, or skeletal structure; it was one reason why SD 2.0/2.1 failed so badly...they removed NSFW and most of the body stuff entirely failed as a result, but I hear ya.
You are aware that NSFW only means that it is capable of it if you choose to do so and NSFW models generally make better images with ANYTHING that has humans in it...
