I like furries and I like fantasy armor. I wanted to get more consistent armor styles, so I've been training loras based on armor you might fight on certain classes/archetypes from video games.

This is my idea of what a paladin might wear. White armor, gold trim and brightly colored cloths in areas that need flexibility. Of course, the lora is flexible enough to allow for other colors of armor and slightly different features. Just switch the prompt up a bit. Weapons can also be added if you'd like. Polearms and swords work particularly well. Shields are a bit iffy and don't quite match the style of armor, but with some good rng you can get something that fits well enough.

My goal with all my loras is to keep a consistent armor style while still allowing customization. For this reason, they may be slightly under trained and require more supporting tags to get the results you're looking for. Experiment a bit, and have fun.
