Nice info. It matches what I've learned. One trick I've been doing: because AI shrinks your images to your defined max resolution, if I have a high-res full body pic, I'll make cropped copies of separate parts (eg. the face). That way, the AI should see those details at high-res for each image. Seems to work.

Bueno, voy a aportar algo de luz.

Para personajes cómo "consejos" o "minitips" y no cómo guía general no lo veo del todo mal aunque faltan muchísimas pero mucísimas cosas que ni has hablado de ellas y son cruciales.

¿Qué falta?

SETTINGS: Sin settings poco va a hacer la gente. La preparación de datos está OK pero el resto ni existe...

Los repeats, ¿cuántos utilizar?, ¿cómo taggeas? taggear es súperimportante (el cómo y la forma), ¿512 o res variable? el "aspect bucketing tool" para mí es mejor que usar crops de 512, podríamos hablar de las augmentations de coloraug y flipaug (que sí que las mencionas) que depende qué imágenes son más viables o no pero te faltan muchísimas cosas que la gente necesita saber... ¿Batch sizes (4-5 8?) ¿latents? ¿learning rates? ¿entrenas en Constant? ¿con restarts? ¿Unet? ¿haces noise offset? etc. (eso también es crucial) .PERO, aviso a navegantes, esto para estilos no os va a servir. Es otro enfoque totalmente diferente.

Supongo que la guía se irá actualizando pero te faltan bastantes cosas. Que por otra parte es normal. Con ganas de ver cómo la actualizas y es agradable ver más comunidad de habla hispana ^^. Saludos!

Very good guide; i did know these technique since i experimented in the past and to this day too when i have very few images, so i know it's working greatly ahah.

You can also do a Lora with 5 images, it's hard but doable, not the perfect precision & quality but Ok.

Little tips: Do not hesitate to Upscale some of the images you get with x4-AnimeSharp or x4-UltraSharp, The AI Will see the details a little better since it's more Sharper.

Also check: ZeroChan Website, it's a Golden Mine that is not so much used, All the Artwork in it are Pratically at their Maximum Quality all the time, so Often 4K+ Quality.

as person who do some loRAs, i can say this is one of the best tutorials out there :)

this is perfect for someone who want to start with the basics like me, would it be possible perhaps in the future to show the step by step process with the tools and stuff? of course I wont ask for "the secret sauce" in how you train your lora but at least to show the basics for all the people that want to get into it :D
