The model needs optimization to work with directml, --medvram and --lowvram arguments

Coming from SD1.5 and working with the amazing IndigoFurryHybrid model on the Mac app 'Draw Things', I can't get E621_Rising working. The results look like shit. Did I miss something? Is Euler Ancestral required? A specific VAE? That json (how to add)? Anything else I missed?
There's something I want to see in a flux based version of this model: Compatibility with online generation services.
Since Illustrious came out, it might be a good idea to rethink how E621 models can be made for SDXL

Trained these garbage models and then quit :)
