🎯 Objective
AngeliumiX V.5 is a photorealistic-focused SDXL merge, designed to move away from the "AI-perfect" look and closer to natural, diverse, and lifelike portraits. The goal is to achieve:
More natural faces: Realistic skin tones, subtle imperfections, and less artificial perfection.
Diversity: Better representation of various ethnicities, facial structures, and body types.
Photorealism: Results that resemble photography rather than 3D renders.

🧪 Anatomy-Driven Precision Blend | ComfyUI Workflow
🔍 This is my custom SDXL model merge, AngeliumX_3.0_safetensors, created in ComfyUI with careful attention to anatomical fidelity and prompt clarity.
🧬 Merge Structure
Base merge includes several SDXL models with layered mixing:
Core structure from
Pony,Illustrious,Introversicorn,BigEvo, etc.Fine-tuned via chained
ModelMergeSimplenodes for progressive refinement.
Final detailing pass with Donut Detailer for enhanced surface texture and contrast.
🧠 CLIP Precision
Merged non-compressed CLIP encoders from
PonyandIllustrioususingCLIPMergeSimple.Purpose: retain high fidelity anatomy, reduce distortions and artifacts in hands, faces, and joints.
Result: much more natural posing and proportion, especially under creative or varied prompts.

v3 sacrifices a lot of realism for... what exactly? The new version of this checkpoint has more cartoonish faces, bigger eyes and less realistic body proportions, and less ethnic diversity compared to v.2.5. Probaby too much pony/illustrious in the new merge.
I try a new clip merge for better prompt adherance and better hand. unfortunatly the characters are less realistic, I will try a different merge soon. Thank you for your report !
