Settings I use:

Sampler: DPM++ SDE

Steps: 20-50

Resolution: 1024 x 1536 occasionally bodies get stretchy

CFG Scale: 4.5

Without LORAs, CFG of 10-14 and 50+ steps can reliably produce high quality images.

Prompts: the usual pony/sdxl thing where you have score_9, score_8_up, etc. Negative prompts work fine, though some loras will need you to clear neg prompt. Prompt examples are available on any of my images.
