Painterly style inspired by WLOP.

Added two tags: @wl0p <- main one, and @wlop <- additional one that triggers artist tag for additional painterly. Tested tag @wlop alone without lora and it wasn't enough for me so decided to make the lora.

Trigger words makes lora much stronger.
