Helle Kjaer, or Helle Kjær, is a Danish Former Glamour and Former Adult model.

In the UK, she appeared on Page 3 of the Sun (and as a Page 7 StarBird in the Daily Star) between 1979 and 1984.

In Europe, she modelled for many X-rated magazines in less tame pictures, some of which would later reappear in Parade, Mayfair and others, in the UK.
