This is not DalcefoIL but a style LoRA for IL trained on pictures generated by Dalcefo_Painting_V4 (c7d6b49c1e) to reproduce its portrait style.

Dalcefo is one of my favourite model back in SD1.5 and NAI era. If you have used my SD1.5 LoRAs, you should have noticed that there were always some examples generated using this base model : )

It's trained on portraits only to avoid polluting other details, such as fingers. It works best when doing portraits (face focused pictures), but it can also work in other scales. Highres fix is strongly recommended in these cases for noticable style.

No triggers needed. There may be some potential downgrade on detail quality since it's trained on pictures generated by SD1.5 based model.
