FIAF or Frame-in-a-Frame is a concept LoRA experiment to add more depth in your generations and bring the most boring creations to life by using this composition technique.

Since this was created using Civit's on-site training tool, the "fiaf" trigger on its own might not be enough (due to Civit's limitation on the "keep n token" parameter capped to 1) so I recommend using multiple triggers to help bias the generation towards the wanted result.
