Platypus is a unique mammal native to Australia. It has a duck-like bill, webbed feet, and lays eggs. Despite being a mammal, it produces milk and has a flat tail like a beaver. Male platypuses also have venomous spurs on their hind legs. They live near freshwater rivers and are excellent swimmers.
