I decided to take a shot at this, now that i have an idea on how it should look.

It's an unstable lora. Head sizes and positions change often, may have no head at all, and the head is sometimes too low. but the lora works.

Seems like you might need to use ( head:1.3) on some prompts.

Use a 1.2 strength.

feels a little better, and head positions are a bit more stable. Still needs ( head:1.3) and 1.2-1.4 strength on some prompts.
