⚠️ REQUIRED BASE MODEL

This LoRA was trained on Plant Milk Flax SDXL and ONLY produces good results on that base model. Other models (Juggernaut, RealVis, etc.) will NOT generate Chopper correctly — he morphs into generic animals or random creatures.

✨ TRIGGER WORD

Use ttchopper with weight emphasis to avoid attention dilution:

(ttchopper:1.3), photoreal CGI character, ...

Without weight, the trigger gets buried by quality preambles and the model generates a generic creature instead. The :1.3 is non-negotiable.

💡 PRO TIPS

- Skip detailed scene backgrounds in your prompt. At 30+ tokens describing scenery, the LoRA gets diluted. Use simple in the background: <name> instead.

- The hat is finicky — sometimes appears red, sometimes maroon, sometimes missing. Force it with wearing red top hat with white X cross mark if you want it consistently.

- Stack with Detail Tweaker XL — adds visible fur strands the LoRA alone doesn't fully capture.

- Avoid Lightning/Turbo models — their reduced step count fights LoRA expression.

🛠 TRAINING INFO

- Base: Plant Milk Flax (SDXL fine-tune)

- Network: LoRA dim 32 / alpha 16, U-Net only

- Optimizer: AdamW 8-bit, LR 1e-4, cosine restarts

- Dataset: 197 cropped frames from One Piece live action S2E7, auto-cropped to character region using Grounding DINO + CLIP verification

- Captions: WD14 tagger filtered to human / scene / permanent-feature tags

- Steps: 3152 (8 epochs × 197 imgs × 2 repeats)

- Hardware: NVIDIA RTX 4090

⚠️ KNOWN LIMITATIONS

- Sometimes generates an "invisible bandage" residual on (training scenes had wounded Chopper)

- Hat color leans pink/salmon in bright lighting

- Best results at portrait/upper-body framing; full-body sometimes shrinks Chopper too much

- Won't work well on non-Flax base models
