This is the large-breasted woman who appears after cheesing. Both Kenny and Gerald meet her in their Heavy Metal inspired hallucinations in Season 12 Episode 3 "Major Boobage".

You can also use it as a rudimentary Style Lora, the last three pics in the examples above show that.
