This page contains waifus from all the universes of MiHoYo A.K.A. Hoyoverse such as Honkai, Genshin and Zenless Zone Zero. They first started out small with a little game for iOS featuring their then popular character called Kiana Kaslana in a Doodle Jump clone where the goal is to reach the moon. They followed up with Honkai Gakuen 2 (called Guns Girlz School or something like that overseas) which was my first exposure to that company in my life during middle school and Honkai Impact 3rd. But it was with Genshin Impact (largely thx to the pandemic in 2020) that they struck big worldwide and propelled them into a massive powerhouse that rivals the likes of Type Moon and perhaps beyond. Infact after Genshin they worked on two games simultaneously being ZZZ and Honkai: Star Rail. One of the things they're well known for is recycling traits and designs of previous characters to come up with new ones for their other games (sometimes within one as well) as "spiritual successors" of sorts, hell go take a look at all of their Raidens as a perfect example. And their character designs for all of their games are top tier notch, especially the Genshin ones which conform to any kind of otaku fan without any kind of skimpyness at all.
I do wish in the future that they would make a fighting game with Arc System Works either for Genshin or better yet, Honkai 3rd as it would be a great surge in popularity boost just for that specific game alone, as I personally feel that it's not as huge as Genshin, Star Rail and ZZZ IMO and also since they pretty much covered hack 'n slash, adventure and RPG genres already, why don't they venture out in the realm of fighting games as well?
Description
IDK much about her besides that she's a sexy (and also cute) badass woman with a skimpy costume (it's so skimpy infact that they gave her a battle damaged variant akin to Tamsoft games such as Senran Kagura) welding two rapid small crossbows and a knife for close attacks.
She's known as the 'Shu of Destruction' and also 'Lantern' for the fact that she has an install ability in the game which allows her hair to glow in gradient multiple colors (akin to Lucyna Kushinada from Cyberpunk Edgerunners) and grow longer and change her eye colors as well in multicolors which is so sick af!
She also wore a maid costume in a panel during an arc of her story, showcasing that she also has a somewhat cute and caring side to her albeit showing a bit of embarrassment while doing so.
Funnily enough she shares her JP voice actress with the one who voiced Takahashi Hoshino in Blue Archive and they do kinda look a like now that I think about it...
