Hey there! For me, drive space is always at a premium, and I got tired of having a 217 mb LoRa for every character I want, so I started making CHARACTER PACKS

All my LoRas are trained base Pony and tested on AutismMix Confetti and Pony Realism.

This LoRa is for the 8 main girls in Harem Hotel by Runey. I have tried to train in different outfits, and they prompt in well, but my main focus was on likeness and style. I'll provide the prompts for the outfits below.

With all of my LoRas, these are the best practices I've found:

Strength

Original Style: 1.0 works fine, with the epoch I picked it shouldn't be overfit on the backgrounds either.

Alternate 3D/Animated Styles: 0.8 is what I normally use. I wouldn't go lower than 0.7 or you will start to lose face likeness. This is also the strength I use when going for compositions, concepts, and lighting styles that are difficult to produce.

Real: 0.6-0.7 is best. Any higher and you will have style bleed, any lower and you lose too much likeness. Put "in the style of harem hotel, 3d, cgi" in the negative prompt for good measure.

Other Settings

FIRST AND FOREMOST: I personally consider adetailer to be a must with this model. Without it, you can get decent faces, but you will never get a true likeness. In my personal experience this is the tradeoff with using character packs.

For original and animated styles, I use Euler A, for realistic I use DPM++ 2M SDE Karras, personally.

I tend to use 30-50 steps, I don't know how well these work with lightning or turbo models as I don't use them.

CFG is what you make of it, I stick around 6.

In my pretty extensive testing, you should have fantastic compatibility with various checkpoints, textual inversions, and other LoRas.

In some instances the lipstick mark on Maria's face in the slut outfit is overfit, if you are seeing weird cheek marks on various characters, add "tattoo, face markings, lipstick mark" to the negative. This was mostly a problem on my first training run of this model, and seems to be mostly fixed in this version.

Without further ado, the prompts. It can be a lot to manage, I recommend using CivitAI Helper (where it will save all of this page to the model card and add triggers automatically) or adding these as styles on Forge or Auto1111, there are similar solutions for ComfyUI.

Lin:

DISCLAIMER: The dataset and captioning for Autumn is from an older Autumn LoRa I did for myself, and at the time I wasn't thinking about outfits and styles, so they aren't captioned. Her likeness and body are fantastic, but don't expect any of the outfits to really work well. I might address this in a later version, but for now it is what it is.

As a small extra, you can prompt "in the Lobby, in the Dungeon, in the cafe". Lobby works the best, the other two are hit or miss.
