I find her voice in the English dub both annoying and endearing in equal measure, that's rare for me.

She is the source of a semi-famous meme if you didn't already know and the show is pretty good (The OVA and original TV series at least.) It also has some surprisingly not terrible for the time depiction of a character I would describe as trans.
