Do not remove the ‘triangle hair ornament’ from the prompt! It is unlikely that you will be able to get rid of them!
However, you can try to ‘untangle the hair’. To do this, replace ‘short hair, short twintails’ with ‘medium hair, hair down’. And add ‘triangle hair ornament, hair ornament’ to the negative promt.

I saw her avatar online and was inspired to create a LORa based on her. Fortunately, the number of pictures available made it possible. I can't guarantee high quality for the LORa, as there is already a known issue with removing her hair accessory, which is almost impossible.
