A request. Mel is a really fun character but she really need to make more appearances in her uniform, also her prichan outfit was a bit problematic.

With Mel released this is the end of the wave 3 of requests but it doesn't mean it's the end of prichan loras. I still have to upgrade the old loras and there are at least 8~10 more characters I want to make
