Maria Misono from the H-manga Blue Eyes. She's the childhood friend of the MC (Tatsuya) and they played together since but she had to move away and before she moved, she and Tatsuya made a promise to be each other's first. Years later she comes back as a fully mature woman and happily reunites with Tatsuya and they fulfill the promise they made to each other and things got interesting from there.
