Use "young man Jack Frost with white hair" in the prompt otherwise FLUX may not give him the right hair. I ran it 5 times with various settings and FLUX just doesn't seem to want to bake in the unrealistic hair colors, so it needs to be prompted out from the lora.

The snow on the face/hair/body/clothes is baked into the lora so you don't need to prompt for it.
The outfit/staff/blue magic is simi baked into the lora, so you might need to prompt for it if that's what you want.
