CatBreed XL — Hyper‑Realistic Feline LoRA for SDXL - v1.0
    Preview 1

This LoRA is a high‑precision feline model designed to deliver stable, realistic, and expressive cat images across a wide variety of poses, environments, and lighting conditions.

It was trained with a carefully curated dataset to ensure clean anatomy, consistent fur patterns, and natural lighting behavior.

    🔧 Technical Specs

    • 1200 steps

    • Rank 32

    • Alpha 16

    • Neutral, objective tagging

    • Balanced dataset (poses, close‑ups, full body, environments)

This configuration ensures strong identity retention without overfitting, allowing the model to generalize beautifully across prompts.

    🐈 What This LoRA Delivers

    • hyper‑realistic fur texture

    • accurate feline anatomy

    • expressive eyes with natural reflections

    • stable rendering in outdoor and indoor lighting

    • clean separation between subject and background

    • no artifacts, no “plastic fur”, no distortions

It works exceptionally well with both photographic and cinematic styles.

    ⚡ Optimized for Speed (Turbo‑Friendly)

This LoRA is fully compatible with JRD_RenderSpec XL_TURBO and other LCM‑optimized workflows.

Even with low step counts, it maintains:

    • strong detail

    • stable fur patterns

    • natural lighting

    • clean depth of field

Perfect for users with 4–8 GB VRAM.

    🎯 Who It’s For

    • artists who need realistic cats

    • creators working with low VRAM

    • users who want stable, clean feline renders

    • anyone building scenes, portraits, or storytelling with animals

To create white or black cats I leave you with a couple of examples of prompts to use:

    BLACK CAT:

    1. "tabbix, a black cat with deep dark fur, visible texture, soft rim light on the edges, high‑contrast lighting, detailed whiskers, realistic eyes"

    2. "tabbix, black + dark fur, subtle highlights on the coat, soft studio light, defined silhouette, natural shadows, hyper‑realistic style"

    WHITE CAT:

    1. tabbix, a white cat with soft detailed fur, subtle grey undertones, diffuse natural light, gentle shadows defining the shape, visible fur texture

    2. tabbix, pure white coat, soft ambient lighting, balanced exposure, fine fur texture, subtle grey shading to preserve detail

    Description

This LoRA handles most coat patterns extremely well (tabby, orange, mixed, short‑hair, long‑hair).

However, pure black or pure white cats are naturally more challenging for any SDXL model due to lighting, exposure, and texture visibility.

With a bit of prompt guidance, the LoRA can still generate them correctly.

If you need black or white cats, simply reinforce the color in the prompt (e.g., “black fur with visible texture, rim light” or “white coat with soft shadows and subtle grey undertones”).
