Invoke with shirt, skirt, underskirt, voluminous skirt, crinoline, belt, short sleeves, shirt collar, vintage hair, socks, mary janes, gloves

Long skirt might be necessary

Try patterns, spiderweb print skirt, floral print, cat print, polka dot print etc. Not trained but it should work.
