Start with "wedgie, atomic wedgie, covered face, covered head, face imprint"

If the character is wearing nothing but underwear or panties, use "underwear only" or "panties only"

If they are wearing pants while wedgied, use "exposed underwear", I couldn't find any training images for "exposed panties"
